Team - Bulding

Partake in Team Building as a novice or as someone who wants to get back on track with sports. Train Sport creates the first step towards a learning curve that brings together a whole program of exercises and expertise that will lead to relatively permanent changes of behaviour.

Performance reflects a state of mind and the learning can result in a focus of a particular skill.

The Train Sport concept is a breakdown of exercises outside of the Team Building session while using a theme or more general training. Your attention will be brought to three different levels of questions :

  • What should I look out for ?
  • QWhat should I do ?
  • How do I do it ?

In sport the attention comes back to the principle of concentration and reminds the individual who is preparing to react. In everyday life we are brought to such a state of mind when we are interessted in something or are faced with an activity that is more voluntary.

The goal is to put all factors to one side and find motivation in group training while being aware on a more general and global level. Thereafter there is a more personal approach that offers a tailored training solution!

Team Building Through Sport for Companies : Rigour and solidarity !

Team Building through sport creats a coherence that is defined as a dynamic process reflected by the mindset of a group to stay connected and united in the pursuit of reaching the key targets and/or for the overall satisfaction of the workforce’s needs.

The coherencer is made up of four parts :

  • An individual’s attractivness to a social group : reflects an individual’s feeling of a team player on the attractive value of the group in regards to social interactions within it.
  • An individual’s attractivness to the operation group : reflects an individual’s feeling of a team plater in regards to the attractiveness of a task, goals and a group’s objectives.
  • Social integration of a group : individual perception of a team player as regards to the overall functioning of it as a social group as one entity and its internal relationships within the team.
  • Operational integration of a group : an individual’s perception of a team player as regards to the operational of the latter relative to its task and objectives. When the coherence of a team is good it is possible to observe an overall satisfaction of all team players as well as on a social and operational level. A heightened motivation, team consistency and stability in the groups.

When a team’s cohesion is good, we can always see satisfaction of the team members on the social aspect and in work efficiency.
